Matt got his start in barbering in his early teens thanks to the help of his family and friends allowing him to practice on them. Matt earned his license in barbering in MA. immediately following high school. Two years later earning his Masters in Barbering. Cutting hair was hobby that would become a career after years pursuing different industries. He is a 3rd generation barber using the old-school practices his father and grand father taught him throughout the years. Alex is bi-lingual speaking fluent English and Spanish. Licensed in Cosmetology. With years of experience Nichole can do it all, and do it well. Specializing in multiple styling techniques for men, women, and children of all ages. When Nichole is not working she loves spending time helping out in her community. Full of energy and always smiling, Nichole’s personality will brighten up your day and put a smile on your face as well.

Barbering is something that came natural to Ryan just like most things in his life. A lifelong friend of Matt and a neighbor growing up they have worked together on jobs in the past and now as barbers. A beard specialist among all things barbering Ryan will deliver the cut and style you desire. A family man with a great attitude and a fan of all things sports related.

Gordon has years of experience in barbering and customer service having owned his own barbershop prior to joining the team here at Matt's. A true Master Barber capable of any haircut and style. He's a Rock Star on the weekends playing in a band that performs at local pubs and venues.   

Amber graduated from Labaron Hairdressing Academy with her license in cosmetology. She has over 23 years experience , specializing in multiple styling techniques for men, women, and children of all ages. Amber has a love for all animals, especially her dog Stella. She also takes great pride in organizing a walk annually to support those with Alzheimer’s.

Matts on Mendon "Shop Mascot" Mini is half English and half French bulldog. She spends most of her days relaxing in her bed taking a nap. You will most likely hear her snoring before you see her. Unfortunately, we are sad to say Mini is no longer with us.
